Inn on the Park Boutique Hotel RFP

The “Inn on the Park” is a locally-led proposal to develop a boutique hotel in historic downtown Gallipolis, Ohio, Gallia County’s seat. The unique concept would be an adaptive reuse of historic buildings on 2nd Avenue, transforming these buildings into potentially 32 hotel rooms directly across from Gallipolis’ famed City Park and a short walk away from the Ohio River.
