The Appalachian Partnership for Economic Growth (APEG) recently won top honors at the Ohio Economic Development Association (OEDA) Annual Excellence Awards in the ‘Economic Development Marketing – Large Community’ category. The winning project video featured Gallia County’s river sites as it gives viewers an opportunity to take a peak into the development of APEG’s ‘River Sites’ initiative.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Gallia County Economic Development is to promote economic growth in Gallia County through the attraction of new business and industry and the retention of existing businesses by providing resources that encourage investment and development resulting in economic vitality, diversification of Gallia County’s tax base, and improved quality of life for Gallia County residents.
