A brand new Pre-Engineering Associate of Technical Studies offered at the University of Rio Grande/ Rio Grande Community College. Studies in the degree focus on building a strong background in Math, Physics, and Chemistry in preparation for entry into a bachelor’s degree engineering program. It is a cost-effective solution for students who wish to expand their background knowledge before entry into a bachelor’s degree engineering program. The Pre-Engineering associate degree is also a direct pathway into a Bachelor of Industrial Technology or Bachelor of Technical Studies on the Rio campus.
